When you tell us the problem, it's helpful for us to have the equipment manufacturer's name, the model and the Electro Rent asset number (look for a white tag on the item).
The asset number tells us the exact configuration of your unit.

Please check to ensure you are returning all accessories, manuals and any software provided with your equipment. This will ensure you will not be charged for any missing items.
To return purchased equipment, please call us at (800) 455-5445, Monday – Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time, and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs ensure we can match your equipment to your account and credit you correctly.
If possible, please have the item's asset number on hand when you call. If it's not available, we can always find your records using our Electro Rent order number or your purchase order number.
