Technical Support

Having a problem with computer or test and measurement equipment? Electro Rent has certified technicians on hand to help resolve technical issues. Please call us at (800) 455-5445, Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm PST, or email our support staff.

When you tell us the problem, it's helpful for us to have the equipment manufacturer's name, the model and the Electro Rent asset number (look for a white tag on the item).

The asset number tells us the exact configuration of your unit.

Equipment Returns
To return a rented or leased item, or to obtain a list of accessories shipped with your rented or leased item, click here.

Please check to ensure you are returning all accessories, manuals and any software provided with your equipment. This will ensure you will not be charged for any missing items.

To return purchased equipment, please call us at (800) 455-5445, Monday – Friday, 6:30am to 5:00pm, PST, and ask for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs ensure we can match your equipment to your account and credit you correctly.

If possible, please have the item's asset number on hand when you call. If it's not available, we can always find your records using our Electro Rent order number or your purchase order number.
